I used to have it working on my laptop but then I followed the troubleshooting guide on their website and uninstalled the existing app manually to reinstall it. I am trying to install a Leap Frog Connect app on my Macbook. Is any of you, expert in Apple stuff, able to help me at least try to launch the Install USA19H Driver.app located in the Applications folder ? Xattr: No such file: /Applications/Install SUDO xattr -rd /Applications/Install USA19H Driver.app I tried the command below and Terminal returned an error that seems to indicate a syntax error: Maybe there is a syntax problem using that command. Tripp Lite suggested to use a special Terminal command (SUDO xattr -rd ) and that does not work either. We tried running under root, disabling SIP, launching without extensions (CMD + R). I called Apple about that and escalated the problem 2 levels above the customer support. Tripp Lite said that it was a known problem and that Apple was responsible for that. Normally, I get a similar message but I can work it out by authorizing it the the system preferences. When trying to launch the installer I get an error message saying that I don't have the permission to do that (see below). It's said to work with Big Sur v11.4 and I am running v11.6. This driver is supposed to enable a serial adapter to work with my iMac. I downloaded a driver installer from the Tripp Lite web site.
